PSA Executive Coaching was born of Parul Agarwal’s desire to evolve her years of corporate strategic communications and management experience into a role aligned with her interests in leadership development and relationship-building. Known for her creativity, intuition, and commitment to fostering lasting change, Parul helps clients enhance both their leadership effectiveness and personal fulfillment.

With over 15 years of global corporate experience combined with over 9 years of running her own successful coaching practice, Parul has coached senior leaders and teams across a wide range of industries, including legal, pharma, technology, non-profit, food retail, lending, and venture capital from start-ups to international conglomerates.

She has an M.S. from North Carolina State University and her B.B.A. from James Madison University. She has earned her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) marker from the International Coaching Federation© (ICF), is certified as a leadership coach through Saint Joseph’s University, is an Insights Discovery© Licensed Partner, and is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach©. As a lifelong learner, Parul is currently working toward earning her Master Certified Coach (MCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation.
