Madeleine Homan Blanchard, MCC, MSc, serves as the Chief Coaching Architect at The Ken Blanchard Companies and is a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Madeleine co-founded Blanchard Coaching Services and in 2000 co-created the world’s first Coaching Management System, designed to support large-scale coaching programs within organizations.

With over three decades of experience in the coaching industry, Madeleine brings extensive expertise in leveraging coaching to foster leadership growth and build coaching cultures in organizations. Her coaching focus includes areas such as personal purpose, leadership presence, self-awareness, strategic focus, and the overall impact on others.

Madeleine is a co-author of several Blanchard programs, including Management Essentials and Coaching Essentials, and frequently speaks on coaching and neuroscience. She also developed the Blanchard Leadership Coach Certification Program, aimed at enhancing the skills of experienced coaches in their work with leaders.

Her publications include co-authoring Leverage Your Best: Ditch the Rest, and contributing to works like Leading at a Higher Level and Coaching for Leadership. Throughout her career, Madeleine has published numerous articles and served in leadership roles with organizations such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Coach University. Prior to joining Blanchard, she founded Straightline Coaching, focusing on the success of creative professionals, and developed coaching programs for organizations like Bregman Partners.

Madeleine holds certifications as a Master Coach and Mentor Coach and earned a Master of Science in NeuroLeadership from the University of Middlesex. A passionate cook and dedicated reader, she resides in Poway with her family and their Labradors.
