Biography:


Daniela Aneva, MCC, EIA, EISA has been working in large global organizations for nearly 23 years and over 15 of them as a mentor and coach. She has two master’s degrees - in Human Resource Management and Psychology, served as an executive, COO, VP, and other strategic roles in the corporate world and earlier in her career was recognized as “40 under 40 Leaders in North America.

Daniela served as a Director Professional Development in ICF Chapter in Europe, led as CEO an NGO with focus on developing youth and is actively involved in DEI activities. As an active supervisor and team coaching supervisor, Daniela is passionate about bringing the latest approaches to team coaching and development into the insurance space, where agility and innovation are key competencies.

In 2023, Daniela Aneva published a book as co-author of Brian Tracy, while practically supporting organizations, teams, team of teams and coaches/team coaches throughout their growth. Daniela is a faculty lead of “The Mastery of Coaching” coach accreditation program and serves as a mentor coach for the accreditation journey of coaches around the globe. Recently, Daniela joined the faculty of Renew Associates for Team coaching with the amazing leadership of Peter Hawkins and his team.

Daniela has accreditations for facilitating DISC, MMPI, Big Five, Leadership Circle and Combined Leadership Circle, and GLA to facilitate and provoke awareness in her clients when needed.

Daniela’s strength is her blended experience between real life corporate business and executive coaching, team coaching, mentoring and supervision, where she can offer vertical and tacit growth to internal and external coaches and leaders.
