Honoree Guest Column

SUBMISSION GUIDE

At Top Coach Awards, we celebrate the expertise and insight of exceptional coaches like you. As a recognized honoree, you have the opportunity to contribute a guest column to our platform—sharing your voice, knowledge, and unique perspective with a highly engaged audience of coaching professionals, executives, and industry leaders.

Your article is more than just content—it is a way to connect, inspire, and build your visibility among those who value and respect your expertise. We invite you to share your story, strategies, or insights in a way that reflects your coaching philosophy, leadership style, or transformational impact.

Why Submit A Guest Column?

  • Expand your influence – Your article will be published on the Top Coach Awards website, giving you greater visibility within the coaching industry.
  • Position yourself as a thought leader – Share your expertise in a meaningful way that resonates with fellow coaches, executives, and potential clients.
  • Enhance your credibility – Being featured as a contributor reinforces your authority and expertise in your field.
  • A lasting resource – Your insights will remain available to a wide audience, continuing to drive engagement and recognition over time.
  • Strengthen your online presence – Publishing on a respected industry platform improves your SEO ranking and discoverability, helping potential clients and collaborators find your expertise more easily.

What We Look For In A Guest Column

We welcome thoughtful, well-written contributions that provide value to the coaching community. Your piece should:

  • Be engaging and informative – Offer insights, strategies, or perspectives that others in the industry will find useful.
  • Reflect your voice and expertise – Share your experience, lessons, or viewpoints in an authentic and professional manner.
  • Be accessible and digestible – Aim for a conversational, reader-friendly style that makes complex ideas easy to grasp.

What Makes A Great Column

We encourage articles on topics such as:

  • Coaching methodologies – Unique approaches, techniques, or case studies from your practice.
  • Leadership and personal development – Insights on growth, resilience, and transformation.
  • Industry trends and innovations – Your take on what is shaping the future of coaching.
  • Overcoming challenges – Lessons from experience that others can learn from.
  • Practical strategies – Actionable advice for clients, teams, or fellow coaches.

A light mention of your business or services is welcome, but the focus should be on providing value rather than self-promotion.

Content We Do Not Accept

To maintain the integrity of our platform, we do not publish:

  • Overt sales pitches – Your article should be insightful, not an advertisement.
  • Plagiarized or duplicate content – Your piece must be original or slightly modified if repurposing past work.
  • AI-generated content without human editing – AI tools are welcomed, but the final piece must be fact-checked, well-written, and reflective of your expertise.
  • Unverified claims or misleading information – Accuracy and credibility are essential.
  • Hate speech, discriminatory language, or illegal content – Our platform is built on positivity, inclusivity, and professionalism.

Links & Promotional Mentions

We welcome a reasonable level of self-promotion within guest columns while ensuring that the focus remains on value-driven content.

Allowed Links & Mentions:

  • You may include a single link to your personal website and/or LinkedIn profile in your byline.
  • A brief statement about how readers can book time with you, learn about your services, or access your courses is acceptable.

Not Allowed:

  • Affiliate links or promotional links to third-party services.
  • Excessive self-promotion throughout the article.
  • Links to unrelated websites, sales funnels, or paid content platforms.

Length & Formatting

Word Count

  • Minimum: 400 words (concise, high-value insights).
  • Recommended Maximum: 1,200 words (engaging but digestible).

Formatting Preferences

  • Use short paragraphs, subheadings, or bullet points to improve readability.
  • If including quotes, data, or research, please cite sources when applicable.

Ownership & Republishing Rights

You own your content and are welcome to republish it elsewhere. To avoid SEO duplication penalties, we kindly request that a slightly modified version be used on Top Coach Awards.
